César Chávez Peace and Justice Committee of Denver : first César Chávez day celebration

Also in the rear is Senator Bob Martinez and Senator Rob Hernandez who along with Councilwoman Martinez wrote the law making Cesar Chavez' birthday a holiday in the City and County of Denver.
