Woodward House


View of the abandoned Woodward House (1880: Frank Edbrooke, architect) at 1530 Sherman Street in the Capitol Hill neighborhood, Denver, Colorado. The three story Queen Anne style house has a cross gabled roof and is constructed of red brick and sandstone. There is a large hole in the 3rd story. A window on the 1st story is boarded up and the metal awnings on the windows are broken. The house was built for Benjamin F. Woodward and was demolished in 2007.
